At Urban Body Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the personal nature of body jewelry, we accept returns on unworn, heat-sealed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your jewelry is still in its original, unopened heat-sealed packaging, as we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tampered with for hygiene reasons.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive the specific return shipping address.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unopened items in a padded envelope or box to prevent damage during transit, and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package back to us using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
